I need to edit my order. Can I still change it?

Please contact us with your order number, name, and desired size at hello@hexalty.com. We'll do our best to make the change. If your order has already shipped, you’ll need to wait for it to arrive and then contact our kind customer support team.

After placing an order, you should receive a shipping confirmation email once it’s processed and dispatched. Check your spam folder, Gmail 'Promotions' tab, and ensure your email address is correct. Processing may take 1-4 business days. If you’ve checked all this and still haven’t received a confirmation, contact our customer support team with your order number.

Our standard delivery time is 7-14 business days. However, please note that holidays, weekends, and unforeseen delays may affect this timeline.
