Return and refund policy

DEADLINE :

You have up to 14 days after order confirmation to return your product. If more than 14 days have elapsed since the date of purchase, we will unfortunately not be able to accept your refund request.

HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER

If you wish to return one or more of the products you have received, you must send us your request by e-mail to the following address: hexalty@outlook.com, giving the reasons for your choice and your order number.

Upon receipt of your request, we will send you a pre-filled shipping label to our returns warehouse in Belgium, which you should print out and affix to the box. In return, we will deduct €20 from the amount eligible for reimbursement. 

WHICH PRODUCTS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?

All our products are eligible for return as long as the return is announced within 14 days of the date of purchase.

Please note that only the value of your order is eligible for a refund. Potential delivery charges paid at the time of ordering will not be refunded.

Please note that any delay in the delivery is not a substantial reason for a refund of your order.

IN WHAT CONDITION SHOULD THE ITEM BE RETURNED?

To qualify for a refund, your item must be undamaged. Each returned product must be in its original packaging, accompanied by the delivery note, protective film and all accessories received. If the product is not intact, no refund will be issued.

ARE THERE ANY RETURN SHIPPING COSTS?

You will be responsible for the cost of returning your items. If we provide a return label, we will deduct 20€ for shipping costs (25€ for returns outside France) from the amount of your refund.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Once we have received and inspected the returned items and if the return procedure has been followed, we will process your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to the payment method used for your order, within 14 days.

If you have not received your refund within 14 days :

  1. Please check your bank account again to make sure that the movement is actually absent.
  2. Contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is issued.

WHAT ABOUT DEFECTIVE OR INCOMPLETE ITEMS?

Cogikid guarantees the quality of its products. If one of your items is faulty or your order is incomplete, please contact us within 3 days of receipt of the parcel at hexalty@outlook.com, along with photos or videos enabling us to identify the exact problem.
If the item is confirmed as faulty, we will send you the replacement item free of charge.
We thank you for respecting these deadlines, as they are the deadlines imposed by the carriers to open a claim against them.
