How does it actually stay up?
A continuous silicone band runs 360° around the inside of the waistband — not just two patches at the back like most cheap shapewear. It grips your skin all the way around your waist. The reinforced 2-inch waistband on top of that distributes hold so it can't roll or slide downward. Movement-test passed in 10,000+ fit sessions.
I'm plus-size — will it actually hold me in, or just say it does?
We built the larger sizes as their own cut, not a stretched-up medium. Full-coverage compression panels with reinforced core structure (no boning that pokes, no fabric that folds over). 88% of customers in L–3XL say they'd buy again. If it doesn't work for your body, free returns within 30 days.
What size should I order? I always size wrong.
Our size chart maps waist + hip measurements directly to sizes (24–26in waist → XS, 28–31in → M, 34–38in → XL, etc.). If you're between sizes, size up for all-day comfort or down for maximum compression. If it doesn't fit, return it free and we'll send the right size.
Will the silicone die after a few washes?
No — but it depends on how you wash it. Skip the dryer (heat kills silicone — true for all shapewear). Machine wash on cold in a mesh bag, lay flat to dry. Customers report 50+ washes with the grip still intact. If yours fails inside 90 days, we replace it.
Can I wear it all day, not just under dresses?
