“Six hours — really?”
Six hours is the rated window with the bag packed and zipped. Add an ice pack and cold food holds longer; leave it open on a warm desk and it holds less. Packed at 7am, it is still cold at a 1pm lunch break.
“Will my lunch box actually fit?”
The main compartment is 12.99" wide, 10.23" tall and 5.51" deep. That takes a standard bento or two-tier lunch box lying flat, with room beside it for a drink, and the side pockets take the bottle so it never sits on top of your food.
“Is it obviously a lunch bag?”
That is the point of the design. Ruched front pocket, cream panel, gold zips, structured shape — on a desk or a lecture bench it reads as a handbag. The insulation is on the inside where nobody sees it.

How long does it really keep food hot or cold?
Up to 6 hours either way, with the bag packed and zipped. Hot food should go in hot and cold food cold — the insulation holds a temperature, it does not create one. An ice pack extends the cold side.
Is it actually leakproof?
The interior is a sealed leakproof liner, so if a lid works loose the spill stays in the bag rather than going through it. It is not designed to be carried upside down, but a tipped container will not ruin what is in your other pockets.
What size lunch box fits?
The main compartment measures 12.99" × 10.23" × 5.51". A standard bento or a two-tier lunch box fits flat with space alongside for a drink and snacks.
Does it fit a water bottle?
Yes — there is an elastic pocket on each side sized for a water bottle or a folded umbrella, so the bottle stands upright outside the insulated compartment instead of on top of your food.
Can I wear it crossbody?
Yes. The shoulder strap is removable and adjusts from 28.7" to 54", so it works over one shoulder or straight across the body. You can also carry it by the padded top handles and leave the strap off entirely.
How do I clean it?
Wipe the outside with a damp cloth — the surface is waterproof, so spills and marks come off. The liner wipes out the same way. Do not put it in the washing machine; the insulation layer is not made for it.

Yes. It holds its shape when packed and sits flat on a desk or a table rather than slumping, which is what keeps drinks upright inside.
